Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the United States and internationally where legally permitted. Customers are solely responsible for confirming that their jurisdiction permits receipt of research compounds and for complying with all applicable import regulations, customs declarations, and local laws.
We may decline to ship to certain destinations at our sole discretion, including jurisdictions with known restrictions on research peptides or where prior shipments have been intercepted by customs.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may experience delays. Wholesale tier orders may require 3-5 business days for assembly and quality verification.
3. Carriers & Transit Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination, weight, and customer preference. Approximate transit times:
- Domestic (United States): 2-4 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- European Union / United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Latin America / Asia / Oceania: 7-21 business days
Transit times are estimates only and do not include customs processing in destination countries. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or weather-related transit issues.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on order weight, destination, and required cold-chain duration. The total shipping cost will be communicated to you with your order confirmation email, prior to payment.
5. Cold-Chain Packaging
All temperature-sensitive products ship in:
- Insulated foam or padded mailers
- Multiple frozen gel ice packs (sufficient for stated transit time)
- Tamper-evident outer packaging
- Discreet labeling (no compound names visible externally)
For longer international transit, we may use phase-change cooling materials and reinforced insulation.
6. Customer Responsibility on Receipt
Upon delivery, you must:
- Inspect the package immediately
- Verify cold-chain integrity (ice packs should still be partially frozen or cold)
- Move products to refrigeration (2-8°C) within 30 minutes of receipt
- Photograph any damage or warmth before opening, if relevant
- Contact us within 24 hours if cold-chain has visibly failed
Failure to refrigerate promptly may compromise product integrity. Nexor BioLabs is not responsible for degradation resulting from delayed refrigeration after delivery.
7. Customs & International Orders
For international shipments:
- You are the importer of record and are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and clearance fees
- Customs forms will accurately describe contents as "research chemicals" or "laboratory reagents"
- Declared values reflect the order subtotal
- We are not responsible for customs seizures, refusals, or delays
- You acknowledge that some compounds may be restricted in your country and you assume all responsibility for legal importation
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Once a tracking number indicates "delivered," Nexor BioLabs is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery address (not a public mailbox)
- Selecting signature confirmation when offered (recommended for orders over $500)
- Tracking your shipment and being available for delivery
9. Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, broken, or with cold-chain failure (warm package, fully thawed ice packs):
- Photograph the package and contents before opening or moving
- Email sales@nexorbiolabs.com within 24 hours with photos and your order number
- Retain damaged items and packaging until our team responds

10. Address Errors
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Returns or reshipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will incur a reshipping fee.
11. Reshipment Policy
If a package is returned to us undeliverable through no fault of Nexor BioLabs (e.g., refused by carrier, customs rejection, address issues), we will contact you. Reshipment is at customer expense; if you decline reshipment, the order is considered closed and no refund is issued.
12. Discreet Packaging
All shipments use plain outer packaging with no visible references to peptides, research chemicals, or Nexor BioLabs branding. Return address shows a generic name and address.
