1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and internationally where legally permitted. Customers are solely responsible for confirming that their jurisdiction permits receipt of research compounds and for complying with all applicable import regulations, customs declarations, and local laws.

We may decline to ship to certain destinations at our sole discretion, including jurisdictions with known restrictions on research peptides or where prior shipments have been intercepted by customs.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays may experience delays. Wholesale tier orders may require 3-5 business days for assembly and quality verification.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination, weight, and customer preference. Approximate transit times:

10. Address Errors

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Returns or reshipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will incur a reshipping fee.

11. Reshipment Policy

If a package is returned to us undeliverable through no fault of Nexor BioLabs (e.g., refused by carrier, customs rejection, address issues), we will contact you. Reshipment is at customer expense; if you decline reshipment, the order is considered closed and no refund is issued.

All shipments use plain outer packaging with no visible references to peptides, research chemicals, or Nexor BioLabs branding. Return address shows a generic name and address.
