Every compound sold by Nexor BioLabs is classified as a research chemical. This designation is made clear:

- On every vial label and box
- On every order form (with required acknowledgment)
- In our Terms of Service
- In product documentation including COAs
2. No Therapeutic Claims
Nexor BioLabs makes no claims about therapeutic effects, medical benefits, treatment outcomes, or fitness for any human or veterinary purpose. Any reference to "research interest in [condition]" or "studied for [outcome]" reflects the published scientific literature only and does not constitute a therapeutic claim or endorsement of human use.
3. No Regulatory Approval
None of the compounds sold by Nexor BioLabs has been evaluated, reviewed, or approved by:
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- European Medicines Agency (EMA)
- Health Canada
- Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
- Or any other national or international regulatory authority
These products may not be administered to humans or animals, regardless of any informal or off-label use that may be discussed elsewhere on the internet.
4. Risk of Misuse

While we maintain rigorous quality standards (HPLC ≥99% purity, mass-spec confirmation, third-party COA), the buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying suitability for any specific research application.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexor BioLabs, its officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:
- The purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use any product
- Any human or animal exposure to a research compound
- Any health consequence, injury, illness, or death
- Loss of research data, time, or grant funding
- Any third-party claim arising from the product
- Customs seizure, regulatory action, or law enforcement intervention
- Cold-chain failure occurring outside our control
- Site downtime, data loss, or technical issues
Our maximum aggregate liability under any theory shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification by Customer
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexor BioLabs from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your use, misuse, or distribution of any product
- Any human or animal exposure to a product
- Your breach of these Terms or any applicable law
- Your false representations during the order process
- Any third-party claim arising from your activities
9. Force Majeure
Nexor BioLabs is not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, supply chain disruption, regulatory action, customs intervention, carrier failures, or actions of government authorities.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Disclaimer is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
11. Customer's Affirmation
By purchasing any product from Nexor BioLabs, you affirm and acknowledge:
- You have read and understood this Disclaimer in full
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are a qualified researcher or otherwise authorized to handle research compounds
- You will not administer products to humans, animals, or yourself
- You assume all risk associated with the products
- You release Nexor BioLabs from any and all liability arising from use of products
